Wowed privacy policy

Overview

Any information that is obtained from you through the use of Wowed is used to provide the app's functionality or to enhance your experience. We do not collect any information about you. When you create a word cloud, the information that you use does not leave your device. The word clouds that you create will not leave your device unless you choose to share them.

Third-party services

Crashlytics

Wowed uses Crashlytics to report app crashes. This allow us to fix any problems as quickly as possible. Wowed does not send any information to Crashlytics, but Crashlytics may collect information via their SDK. Please prefer to Crashlytics' privacy policy for further information.

Twitter

If you choose to create a word cloud from Twitter, Wowed will send your username and password to Twitter. Wowed will also send details of the Tweets that you wish to use to create a word cloud to Twitter. Please refer to Twitter's privacy policy for further information.

Facebook

If you choose to create a word cloud from Facebook, and have granted permission to access your status updates, Wowed will send a request to Facebook for those status updates. If you choose to share a word cloud to Facebook, and have granted permission for Wowed to publish to Facebook, Wowed will send the word cloud to Facebook. Wowed does not send any other information about you to Facebook. By logging into Facebook in Wowed, Facebook may collect information about you via their SDK. Protecting your information

We do not collect any personal information about you and, therefore, do not store any information about you. Furthermore, to help to protected against the loss of your personal information, Wowed performs all requests from your device to external services using HTTPS. However, it cannot be guaranteed that your personal information will be absolutely protected. For example, you could be a victim of computer hacking which allows the communication between your device and an external service to be intercepted and read by a third party. You acknowledge that when you use Wowed to request personal information from an external service, you do so at your own risk.

Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be changed at any time. All changes to the privacy policy will appear on this page, along with the date of when the policy was last updated.
